The countdown to Christmas really has started! For most of us this means spending time with our family, opening lots of presents and eating delicious food. But not everyone is this lucky and in the Leeds/Bradford area, many children will be waking up on Christmas Day without any presents at all.
If you would like to help a disadvantaged child in your area, then come along to Pudsey Legal and take part in the Secret Santa Appeal, organised by the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bradford. The appeal ends this week on Sunday 9th December so you still have time to take part. The appeal is already a great success and we're on course to collect around 40 presents for children in the region.
All you have to do is pop into Pudsey Legal’s new office on the Thornbury Barracks Roundabout, 415 Bradford Road, Pudsey. We have a supply of gift tags which bear the first name, age and gender of a child who has been nominated to receive a present. Once you’ve collected a tag, simply purchase a present for the child nominated and return it with your gift to Pudsey Legal.
It doesn’t matter how much or how little you want to spend on your gift or you can even donate something that is homemade. The important thing is that we make a difference to as many disadvantaged children this Christmas. So, next time you’re out and about in Pudsey, come in and see us to pick up your gift tag and find out which child you could help this Christmas.
